PROJECT: EDITORIAL COCKTAIL MENU

I was approached by Tatarian to design an editorial style cocktail menu with a tree theme. Named for the Tatarian Maple Tree, this intimate modern cocktail bar in Denver’s hip Berkley neighborhood needed their menu to be a real show piece. We developed this beautiful magazine filled with sixteen original cocktails, each with an arboreal namesake, original leaf shaped icons and photography to match.

ICONOGRAPHY

We used icons to help guests navigate the magazine, each glass giving them a clue to what kind of cocktail they can expect.

TYPOGRAPHY

We used unique type to really enhance the magazine feel, each cocktail being it’s own article with it’s own feeling, story, and flavor.
